Bob Aubrey has written a remarkable book. It is remarkable because, in this day and age of corporate performance, Aubrey has taken a step back to look first at the employee - not just as a cog in the corporate wheel, but as an enterprise in and of itself. Some corporate leaders may question the wisdom of putting the employee in front of the company. But that is a short-sighted view. Employees "are" the company.
